If you were part of the Beta, make sure that you don't have two separate logins. I have one which got me the beta entitlement but doesn't show the production stuff, and which which has production stuff and no beta.

I had to raise an issue with them to find this out, but they sorted it out very quickly, so I'd start there.

I'd suggest to open a support case, type "licensing"

Probably worth raising a ticket with them. They fixed mine quickly (basically by letting me know I had two logins, one for production, the other for beta).
